    Salary:** **$75,000–$80,000 annually + Bonus Potential

    About the Role

     

    As an **Operations Supervisor** , you’ll be a key part of our leadership team, helping drive safety, efficiency, and team development. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s open to relocation and eager to grow into higher-level management within 1–3 years.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and assign daily work crews operating solid waste collection equipment

    + Monitor operations and adjust staffing as needed

    + Support and execute safety goals and initiatives

    + Conduct field inspections and ensure proper work procedures

    + Address customer concerns and service issues

    + Perform performance reviews and coaching conversations

    + Develop short- and long-term goals for your hauling operation

    + Oversee compliance programs (environmental, OSHA, permitting)

    What You’ll Need

    + Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities

    + Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

    + Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics

    + Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days

    + Strong communication and leadership skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    + Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and business systems
