Job Description:
Johnson and Johnson is currently seeking the best talent for a Senior Director - U.S. Commercial, Foot & Ankle. This role will be based in West Chester, PA, Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ or West Palm Beach, FL.
The Senior Director, U.S. Commercial will lead the sales growth and development of the Reconstructive Foot & Ankle business for the U.S. market. This individual will directly lead the Foot & Ankle sales force and partner with peers and leaders from other functions to develop and implement the strategy for successful and sustainable growth. They will represent J&J Medical Technology’s U.S. Foot & Ankle to all internal and external partners and find opportunities to achieve all business goals and objectives including, but not limited to the financial targets each year.
As the key champion for the product portfolio, the leader will actively assess the growth opportunities in the elective Foot & Ankle space and continue to develop the organization design to ensuring that financial targets are achieved including but not limited to successful and sustainable sales growth. Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
+ Continue to develop and implement the U.S. Reconstructive Foot & Ankle and Limb Deformity commercial strategy including but not limited to Organizational Design, Sites of Care, Channel Strategy, Society & Convention participation, and other aspects of our national Foot & Ankle and Limb Deformity insights
+ Partner with commercial peers where applicable to find opportunities to create dedicated sales focus for local implementation of all strategies and initiatives.
+ Serve as the U.S. Foot & Ankle leader and liaison toward the broader Orthopaedic strategy with other functions including but not limited to Mergers & Divestitures, Global Education, Marketing (Global and Regional), Commercial Operations, Finance and R&D.
+ Serve as the key U.S. Orthopaedic representative in the Reconstructive Foot & Ankle industry to represent the business within J&J and externally to customers and industry events where applicable
+ Advise Leadership and key partners of trends, challenges and opportunities that apply to the broader strategy in regards to Foot & Ankle and Deformity Corrections
+ Establish and build rapport with key DPM, Foot & Ankle surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators
+ Achieve Business Plan Objectives and sales goals/quotas through accurate use of approved resources
+ Ensure all required administrative and other duties as assigned are completed accurately and promptly
+ Learn, know, and follow all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relative to the position and as stated in the policy and procedure manuals.
+ Consistently maintains the highest levels of integrity, ethics and compliance and promptly communicate all legal or ethical questions or concerns to the appropriate channels
Requirements:
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field is required; MBA preferred
+ Minimum of ten years of Sales and/or Marketing Leadership experience
+ Minimum of five years of direct management experience
+ Minimum two years of direct selling experience is required, experience in foot and ankle is highly preferred
+ Previous successful experience partnering with various functions including but not limited to Marketing (Global and Regional), R&D, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources and/or Supply Chain to deliver on business strategy
+ Previous experience presenting and influencing executives around business decisions
+ Proven experience in developing strategy and execution of plan
+ Proven track record working across a large organizational model, communicate timely and appropriately, and operate as a critical member of the leadership team.
+ Demonstrated strong analytical and technical skills
+ Experience partnering and influencing peers around execution of strategy and priorities
+ Must have an established track record of building a positive culture, a high-performance team, and talent and performance management.
+ Ability to work independently and autonomously
+ Position preferably in a J&J Orthopaedic location
+ Up to 50% domestic travel will be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$173,000 - 299,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains a highly competitive, sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Company’s FLEET program. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
