    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Temporary Analyst, Retail Performance will support with building The Landmark’s performance goals, and in partnership with Landmark Leadership, continuously review & drive performance across sales, retail KPIs, and non-selling activities.

     

    The Temporary Analyst, Retail Performance must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. They will be open and approachable and will work with The Landmark teams in a transparent, united and mutually supportive manner.     KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Business Intelligence & Retail Performance

    + Provide daily reporting of both quantitative (sales-related) and qualitative (client experience-related) performance highlighting key focuses for the market such as sales, productivity and client experience metrics.

    + Provide business intelligence to Landmark Leadership via trend analysis and competition benchmark.

    + Leverage data analysis (product trends, productivity, strategic KPI) to promote 360 action plans.

    + Provide regular follow-up and animation for local or global incentives/initiatives.

    + Roll out and ensure adoption of Global Retail/Omni initiatives (Brilliance App, Retail Performance Dashboard, Wonder, Joy, etc.) with a transversal approach.

    + Initiate 360 initiatives to support priorities, addressing gaps in skills and ensuring buy in from the store population.

    Client Experience Measurement & Insights

    + Drive day-to-day business in The Landmark by leveraging retail performance tools (Client Experience Measurement, VOC, Daily T, KPI board, 1 to 1 touch base, etc.).

    + Own, and leverage VOC and Client Experience Measurement results to drive focused action plans and change to align with the required client experience.

    + Work in partnership with Finance and HR on FTE planning, productivity & optimization with the goal of delivering excellence through an elevated client experience. Partner with Workforce Management to deliver the optimal Match to Traffic.

    + Partner with Landmark teams, in particular Retail Learning and Client Development, to improve strategically set KPIs (Conversion Rate, AUR, Client Experience Measurement, NPS, and Clienteling).

    Floor Exposure

    + Once a day floor observation with the Landmark Leadership team (including VP & GM, Retail Director, Retail Performance Manager, Sales Directors, and Team Managers) to pinpoint opportunities and highlight successes. Leverage these insights to build action plans and holistic 360 strategies.

    + Coach, provide feedback and converse on the abilities of the retail population, ensuring adoption of retail performance mindset and tools.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + High level proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. PowerBI experience preferred.

    + Strong analytical skills, numerical agility, and a strategic, data-driven business mindset.

    + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    + Adapts quickly and remains positive and solution focused.

    + Consistently goes above and beyond to deliver accurate data and KPIs to drive business growth.

    + Prior experience or a strong interest in the luxury retail market.

    + Ability to work on site at The Landmark 5 days a week, up to and including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

    The hiring range for this position ranges from $75,000 - $90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
