    **Job Summary:** The HRIS Senior Analyst provides functional support for the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role is responsible for ensuring system functionality meets organizational and user needs across core HR operations, talent processes, and reporting.

    Primary Tasks:

    1. Provide day-to-day support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, responding to issues, troubleshooting root causes, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.

    2. Manage and maintain position control and HR master data to ensure data integrity, organizational accuracy, and effective workforce planning.

    3. Participate in system upgrades, releases, and patches by leading functional testing, data validation, and updates to ensure alignment with business needs.

    4. Serve as the primary HR contact during testing events, offering support to users executing test scripts and helping identify, document, and resolve system issues.

    5. Maintain functional support of HCM modules while partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across the employee lifecycle.

    6. Assist in developing and delivering training to HR staff and end-users on system functionality and best practices.

    7. Lead initiatives to translate HR challenges or opportunities into technology-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with HR strategy.

    8. Ensure compliance with change management and data security protocols across all HR systems.

    9. Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 4 years related work experience

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

    + Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Solid understanding of HR processes and the impact of HCM transactions on organizational operations

    + Familiarity with position control and the structure of HR master data

    + 4 years of experience in HRIS or HCM system support
