• Project Specialist- Heart and Vascular Institute

    University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a Project Specialist to assist with the Heart and Vascular Institute. This position is a Monday-Friday daylight position. No nights, weekends or holidays. This position will be hybrid with the potential for 100% remote work.

    Purpose:

    Respond promptly to customer needs and requests for service or assistance.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain excellent relationships between Project Specialist and department administrators, site administrators, practice manager, and other users.

    + Populate existing data fields; oversee design of new data fields as needed.

    + Oversee all aspects of Physician Services Division Clinical sites database, including data updating, utilization, reporting.

    + Initiate relationships with other business units to maximize effectiveness of database.

    + Serve as liaison between Senior Physician Services Division Management, departmental and ISD representative, database developers.

    + Respond to business/reporting requests by Senior Management Staff, clinical departments and practices.

    + Serve as a liaison between the Physician Services Senior Management staff and key client users as required.
