Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our high-performance Global Campaigns team. This is a crucial role focused on executing multi-touch marketing and pipeline generation programs that drive our Instaclustr go-to-market strategy.
This is a hands-on position where you will be at the center of the action, working with diverse teams to bring a comprehensive GTM plan to life. You will develop strategies aligned with our ideal customer profile and their buying journey, defining clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Partnering closely with sales and marketing peers, you will experiment with and deploy top-converting pipeline generation tactics, ensuring we remain laser-focused on delivering exceptional business outcomes. Job Responsbilities
+ Lead integrated marketing programs from concept to completion, ensuring tight alignment with our sales and partner organizations.
+ Work cross-functionally to manage multi-touch global marketing programs, including email campaigns, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, targeted meeting programs, and digital advertising.
+ Own lead generation goals, delivering against quarterly KPIs while reporting on performance and revenue impact to inform future strategy.
+ Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs by building and managing Target Account Lists (TAL), engaging buying committees with relevant messaging, and using digital tactics to drive consideration and build pipeline.
+ Collaborate with the sales organization to develop and run effective installed-base marketing campaigns that drive cross-sell opportunities.
+ Continuously A/B test and optimize campaign messaging, creative, and content to enhance performance along the buyer’s journey.
+ Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to maximize ROI and program effectiveness.
+ Oversee the timely deployment of all initiatives by managing stakeholders, calendars, timelines, budgets, and internal processes.
Job Requirements
+ 8+ years of B2B marketing campaign and demand generation experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS companies.
+ A proven ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to influence business growth.
+ Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and executing fully integrated marketing programs that deliver on pipeline generation goals.
+ A successful track record of managing both 1:many and 1:few ABM programs.
+ Deep expertise in marketing and sales funnel metrics and a clear understanding of how to drive impact at every stage.
+ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
+ Proficiency with modern sales and marketing technology stacks, including tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, and Demandbase.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 109,650 - 162,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
