    About the Department:

    + The Finance department at Montrose Regional Health does accounting and reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash receipts, cash management and investments . The department is also responsible for the issuance of debt for capital projects, purchasing, and budget preparation.

    About The Career:

    + The Budget Manager is responsible for leading the annual budgeting process, providing timely and accurate financial performance reports, and supporting departmental leaders in understanding and managing their budgets. This role will supply key productivity metrics, analyze monthly financial statements, and play a pivotal role in driving financial accountability and informed decision-making throughout the organization

    All About You :

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or healthcare finance.

    + Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare system required.

    + Proficiency with budgeting software (Idea) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.:

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + High attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
