About the Role and Program
The Learning & Talent Solutions COE team is responsible for the development, management, and continuous improvement of Education Programs, Business Office, and Enterprise Career Development. This includes setting and implementing strategy for education programs and career development experiences within The Walt Disney Company and collaborating with key internal and external partners to lead and administer the programs.
We are looking for experienced individuals (2) with analytical mind-sets and a passion for events, operations, efficiency, education and career development. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who will ensure that the Disney standards are reflected consistently across all efforts.
These** **roles will be in CA and FL** **respectively and will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Readiness and Education Programs and the Manager, Career Services. Both positions are** **full-time, six-month** **internships running from** **January 2026 – June 2026** **.
What You Will Do:
In this exciting and fast-paced changing environment, your ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of event planning and logistics, supporting daily program operations and administrative tasks is critical. Additionally, the ability to draw meaningful connections between data sets and programmatic needs is essential to effective collaboration with key partners and stakeholders. This position requires a high level of integrity fueled by your ability to be a self-starter, resourceful, overcome hurdles, think outside the box and ability to build long term relationships with others to accomplish goals. Your role will directly support:
Support day-to-day operations of event efforts including planning, tracking, and logistics
Manage, replenish, and track inventory of all collateral and resources
Support new event development, planning and execution
Assist with daily operations of Education Programs, Business Office, and Enterprise Career Development, including but not limited to communications, website administration, issue resolution support, presentations and other critical administrative tasks
Support new Career Development organization initiatives and associated required tasks to ensure deliverables are met, including innovative resource development and visual data storytelling.
Work in a structured and autonomous environment while communicating effectively with Learning & Talent Solutions COE team members and key internal and external partners
Be part of a team that continually challenges themselves to undergo constant evolution within our operational processes
Required Qualifications & Skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Supporting a team environment on day-to-day tasks while contributing independently in a fast-paced setting, ensuring the success of all tasks
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); Experience with spreadsheets and tracking qualitative and quantitative data
Strong partnering, networking and relationship building skills along with oral and written communication skills
Team player with an ability to balance multiple projects in a positive, proactive manner
Event coordination experience and a positive attitude
Proven organizational skills while ensuring attention to detail
Demonstrated critical thinking skills
Familiarity and exposure to AI (i.e. Copilot)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with and/or a graduate of the Disney Aspire Program
Previous experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
Event knowledge and experience such as logistical planning, creating marketing materials, volunteer scheduling, event set-up and breakdown, day-of monitoring, etc.
Spanish fluency/ Haitian Creole fluency
Interest in developing creative writing skills, presentation and facilitation skills
Experience using Smartsheets
A personal vehicle is highly recommended for both locations to travel to various special events.
Education
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Human Resources, Project Management, Training and Development, Business, Communications, Creative Writing, Graphic Design, Organizational Management, or other related field
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity** **MUST** **meet all of the below requirements:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Additional Information:
Candidate must be fully available to work** **full time hours** **(approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
This internship is an** **on-site position,** **but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for any days you may work from home.
You must be** **able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation** **for the duration of the internship program.

The pay rate for this role in California and Florida is $22.50 per hour.
