Overview
Come join the **CyberCRAFT Program Management Office as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager!** We are looking for creative technical problem solvers with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for driving program delivery and success. We are looking for candidates who have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, experience working with senior leadership, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.
The role is responsible for driving a high impact goal related to data protection, use and privacy, stewarding critical strategic initiatives and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, and partnering with other TPMs and leaders across the organization to drive a portfolio of programs.
You will also be part of a centralized PMO team that thrives on learning from and teaching each other, improving our craft, and growing, and the broader Intuit Program Management community.
What you'll bring
+ **Proven Leadership:** 1O+ years of experience building, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed Ability to drive at scale, and help the organization scale (across people, processes, technology)
+ **Technical Acumen:** Strong understanding of software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycles. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desired.
+ **Strategic Thinker:** Ability to analyze industry trends, understand lntuit's strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes.
+ **Exceptional Communicator:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrix organization, from individual contributors to senior executives.
+ **Data-Driven Mindset:** Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data to assess program progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making. Familiarity with data analytics and Al/ML concepts is a plus.
+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.
