    Onboarding Specialist

At Butterfly Effects, families are at the center of everything we do, and we recognize that our team members make all the difference. We are committed to creating meaningful change for children and families affected by autism, and we are looking for an Onboarding Specialist who shares that passion.

In this fast-paced and highly visible role, you will ensure that new team members - the individuals who help deliver on our mission - experience a smooth, efficient, and welcoming transition into the organization. Because this is a high-volume position, you will need to move quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks with precision and care.

This hybrid position is based in our Deerfield Beach, Florida office.

Our families deserve the best, and that is why we hire the best. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve the way we support our onboarding employees.

    What Will You Be Doing?

+ Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to create a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

+ Create an excellent and welcoming experience for every new team member - after all, you are the ambassador of first impressions, shaping the early moments that set the tone for a meaningful and successful career with us.

+ Provide responsive, professional communication to new team members by answering questions and resolving concerns with empathy and clarity.

+ Ensure applicants move through the onboarding process in a timely manner while meeting all background and compliance requirements.

+ Complete HR data entry, systems setup, onboarding paperwork, and electronic filing accurately and efficiently.

+ Schedule and coordinate orientation meetings to support a smooth start for each new hire.

    Who Are You?

+ 1+ years of experience in an administrative role involving high volume, coordination, and communication. Experience in onboarding, recruiting, or HR is a plus.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage detailed administrative and data entry processes in a fast-moving environment.

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver accurate results on time while managing multiple responsibilities.

+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

+ Proficient in email and text communications; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including active listening and a solution-oriented approach.

    What's In It for You?

+ A mission you can believe in and a team you will be proud to support.

+ Competitive compensation and benefits package.

+ An opportunity to grow your career within a mission-driven organization that values people as much as performance.

+ An open and transparent company culture that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.

+ First-hand experience working at an industry leader in a period of exciting growth.

    Why Us?

Children and families are at the heart of our work, and we take care of the people who make all the difference - people like you.

You will gain a sense of purpose knowing your contributions make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families across the country. Your work will directly support our vision to expand access to life-changing ABA therapy and help even more families thrive.
