The Position
The Opportunity
Are you ready to shape the future of clinical development in metabolism, obesity, and diabetes? As a **(Lead / Senior) Clinical Development Scientist** , you’ll play a key role in delivering medically differentiated therapies that provide meaningful improvements to patients. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive clinical development strategy and execution, ensuring scientific excellence and regulatory success.
We have multiple positions available within the CVRM team, across the entire portfolio.
In this role you will:
+ Lead the clinical science strategy and execution of Clinical Development Plans (CDP) across late-stage programs.
+ Conduct medical and safety data reviews, study design, and protocol development, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
+ Act as a key point of contact for study sites, training investigators, addressing inquiries, and contributing to regulatory submissions.
+ Collaborate with global regulatory agencies, key opinion leaders, and cross-functional teams to optimize clinical programs.
+ Contribute to major regulatory filings (e.g., IND, NDA, BLA), label negotiations, and interactions with health authorities.
Who You Are
+ **Experienced Clinical Scientist:** solid experience in late-stage clinical development, with a track record in design and execution of the CDP
+ **Therapeutic knowledge** within metabolism, obesity, and diabetes would be an asset
+ **Strategic Thinker:** Proven ability to develop and execute clinical development strategies at a program level.
+ **Clinical Expert:** Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory guidelines.
+ **Influential Communicator:** Able to navigate complex, cross-functional environments, build relationships, and influence without authority.
+ **Collaborative Mentor:** Experience leading and mentoring others in a fast-paced, matrixed setting.
