In this role, you will perform both automated and manual test procedures on state-of-the-art electronics that directly support America s warfighter. You will ensure the products we make, are of the highest quality and have meet the standards required to Protecting Those Who Protect Us . The ideal candidate for this job has excellent attention to detail, enjoys solving challenging problems and is able to follow written procedures and abide by their guidelines. _Position works 2nd shift 4/10 (Monday- Thursday) 3pm-1:30am._

Key Responsibilities:

+ Experience performing operational testing using clearly outlined processes and procedures.

+ Approves / rejects test results. Records test data and submit test failure/acceptance reports. Notifies supervisor/Engineering of unusual conditions or undesirable trends.

+ Interpret test data and checks results against specifications, test procedures and data sheets.

+ Aligns and adjusts subassemblies and/or systems in accordance with test procedures and data sheets to comply with established specifications and acceptable performance.

+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

+ _Able to train on 1st shift until proficient in role (expect 4-5 months)_

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

+ High School diploma or GED

+ Prior experience following precise written instruction

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Solid communication skills

+ Experience working in a team environment

+ Must be able to lift 40lbs unassisted

+ General knowledge of hand tool, and have basic computer skills

+ Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

+ Familiar with the basics of computer operation

+ Able to work in a flexible environment

+ Understanding of lean manufacturing

+ 5S/7S practices such as Clean as you go

+ Ability to attain a Secret Clearance is strongly preferred

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $42436 - $67898

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
