    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Data Analyst with a strong background in pharmaceutical data to join our team. This role involves interpreting complex datasets and helping internal stakeholders understand the meaning and value behind the data. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of data sources beyond IQVIA, including vendors such as Symphony Health and Veeva. A key aspect of the role includes managing relationships with these vendors, overseeing data purchasing, and ensuring smooth coordination. Familiarity with data governance tools like Collibra is a plus. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

     

    - Analyze and interpret pharmaceutical datasets from various sources to support business decisions.

     

    - Act as a data translator—helping internal teams understand what the data represents and how it can be used.

     

    - Work with data from multiple vendors including IQVIA, Symphony Health, and Veeva.

     

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is used effectively and accurately.

     

    - Manage relationships with external data vendors, including data purchasing and contract coordination.

     

    - Maintain data governance standards and contribute to metadata management using tools like Collibra (preferred).

     

    - Support ad hoc data requests and reporting needs.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 4-6+ years experience in Data Analysis

     

    - Proven experience working with pharmaceutical data and vendors.

    - Knowledge of OneTrust, Collibra, Databricks, PowerBi

    - Familiarity with IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, and other pharma data providers. - Collibra experience
