Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Senior Experience Designer to do end to end product design and design strategy for a portfolio of work that supports customer facing applications. This team will be working to support a ongoing enhancement of consumer facing products, platforms and services, with a focus on Digital Services. The portfolio of work is customer centric, so candidates must have a strong understanding delivering design work focused on B2C web and mobiles services. Candidates will be joining an omnichannel environment that supports different portfolios and work flows within the customer journey. and working crossfunctionally within Agile Teams. There will be stakeholder meetings cross functionally with product, business, and technical partners to help strategize new features for the applications.
On a day to day basis, candidates will be able to handle Project ownership taking accountability for feature design from wireframe to final specs, handle design handoff and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity screens and flows. Being able to provide clear design documentation, including all necessary edge cases for engineering and follow design governance within the design system is important. Candidates will be expected to create mid-to-high fidelity prototypes for user testing and internal alignment.
50% of their time designing, 25% of their time creating decks and working with stakeholders, and another 25% of their time concepting and innovating for future features. In this role candidates will work with design peers, and report to a Senior Director to support the end to end design process.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product, UX Designer or in enterprise environments
Hands on with end to end UX design for consumer facing products, platforms or services
Strong documentation with full UX design process; user research, usability testing, flow charts, journey mapping, prototypes, wireframing, mockups, sketches, product briefings, product launch
Design strategy skills and ability to connect the dots between business needs and design
Highly proficient in Figma, capable of managing complex files and workflows efficiently
Advanced with design thinking, working in a design system, user centric approach to customer journeys and design problem solving
Experience with web and mobile application design -IOS/Android/Web UI Systems
Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, present phases of design life cycle and design ideas/solutions
Portfolio that shows recent design work and full design process IoT products AI/Innovation design Designing for a design system
