    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and proactive Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, enterprise-level IT programs supporting Charter’s billing and mobile feature initiatives within the Self-Service Product and Platforms (SSPP).

     

    - Drive the execution of one or more high-impact programs consisting of multiple cross-functional projects.

     

    - Ensure alignment of program outcomes with Charter’s strategic objectives, particularly in billing and mobile services.

     

    - Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.

     

    - Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation through delivery

     

    - Establish and enforce governance controls to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

     

    - Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, business units, and external partners.

     

    - Can pay $55-60/h

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 2–5 years of experience in program or project management within IT or telecom environments.

     

    - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project programs with cross-functional teams.

     

    - Strong understanding of billing systems, mobile technologies, or telecom operations is highly preferred.

     

    - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

     

    - Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.

     

    - Proficiency in program management tools and reporting platforms.
