Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders across regions (EU, US) to gather and document CRM requirements.
• Review and organize existing documentation and files to create a clear, consolidated requirements package.
• Establish and maintain communication channels between business teams and the implementation vendor.
• Align regional needs and ensure consistency in CRM capabilities across sales pipeline, customer service, and other business functions.
• Support the vendor-led implementation by providing detailed specifications and business context.
• Evaluate current CRM systems (Salesforce and SAP) and contribute to discussions on system optimization and future-state vision.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine requirements and share process improvement ideas.
Overview:
PPG is seeking a mid-to-senior level CRM Business Analyst to join its project team in preparation for a company-wide Salesforce implementation. The initiative, currently in its planning and preparation phase, will expand across all business units starting January 2026. This role will be critical in gathering, refining, and organizing business requirements to support a successful CRM transformation.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM implementations and ongoing CRM system support.
• Strong background in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including understanding of sales pipeline and customer service functionalities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. • Bilingual in French and English.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional teams.
Exposure to SAP CRM and Salesforce coexistence or migration projects.
