Job Description
Our client is seeking a Network Support Specialist to join their team! This role provides direct technical support for desktop systems, phones, and firm applications. Responsibilities include deploying and upgrading hardware, managing patch updates, configuring phones, and assisting with application installations. The specialist will also coordinate equipment moves, support summer associates, track subscriptions and expenses, and serve as a backup for network admin tasks. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, responsiveness, and the ability to work closely with IT and facilities teams. This position is located in Irvine, CA (4-5 days a week on-site) and the base salary for this position is $105,000 - $112,000.

Skills and Requirements
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop systems, printers, and hardware
• Strong customer service and communication skills; professional and approachable demeanor
• Familiarity with WSUS, Cisco Voice, and patch management tools
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows OS and firm-specific applications
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively
• Open to both contract and perm candidates; team is receptive to feedback • Prior experience in a law firm or similar fast-paced, reactive environment
• Comfortable with last-minute requests and shifting priorities
• Experience coordinating with facilities and supporting seasonal staff setups
• Familiarity with phone system programming and deployment
