    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our engineering team and play a pivotal role in launching two major features in our online space—focused on major appliances and product landing pages. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable backend systems and delivering seamless user experiences through GraphQL-powered APIs.

     

    Pay Rate: $70-75K MXN PESOS (EOR)

    Skills and Requirements

     

    4+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Framework.

     

    Hands-on experience with GraphQL (e.g., Apollo Server, Netflix DGS, or similar).

     

    Strong understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API design.

     

    Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.

     

    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).

     

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

     

    Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer product platforms.

     

    Exposure to product recommendation engines, personalization frameworks, or search optimization.

     

    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

     

    Knowledge of performance tuning and security best practices.
