Job Description
We’re seeking a highly professional and motivated Remote Event Manager to support the planning and execution of multiple events throughout the year. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a leadership position and help shape the future of culturally relevant experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including conferences, concerts, and brand activations.
2. Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and internal communications.
3. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and audience teams to ensure cohesive event experiences.
4. Manage event budgets and provide post-event reporting and insights.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions.
6. Contribute ideas for new event formats and audience engagement strategies.

Skills and Requirements
1. 1–5 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or related roles.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Familiarity with digital event platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Eventbrite).
5. Passion for culture, media, and storytelling.
6. A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to grow within the company.
