Job Description
The Digital Delivery Support Specialist will assist the Digital Ordering Manager for our client. This role focuses on supporting delivery operations, building and updating onboarding flows for new store launches (delivery and catering), and contributing to sales and operations reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional collaboration, communicates clearly and confidently, and brings a proactive, organized approach to problem-solving. This role bridges strategy and execution by partnering with internal teams to streamline onboarding, improve workflows, and ensure consistency across platforms. The Specialist will also provide reporting and analysis on performance metrics, helping drive continuous improvement and deliver an exceptional digital guest experience, and translate business goals into operational results.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional role (or internship).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and database architecture.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking. • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Azure, Google Analytics, Firebase (preferred, not necessary).
• Experience with digital ordering platforms and delivery operations (EzCater & 3rd Party Delivery preferred).
