Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a General Dentist to join our nonprofit community dental clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate
dental care to patients of all ages. Our mission is to improve oral health and overall wellness in
our community by offering affordable, accessible, and patient-centered dental services, with a
special focus on serving underserved populations.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients’ oral health needs.
• Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide education on oral health and preventive practices.
• Supervise and collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and state dental board standards.
• Participate in community outreach and patient engagement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
• $20,000 bonus in the first year

Skills and Requirements
• Current and active license to practice dentistry in the state of Minnesota.
• Current DEA registration.
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered and equitable care.
• Experience working with underserved populations (preferred).
