Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Junior Analyst to join our on-site team with Evergreen, supporting one of our largest retail clients within Global Content Operations. This role is ideal for someone who obsesses over data and small details, thrives on metrics, and lights up when configuring a pivot table with fresh data. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams and partners, and help develop new KPIs for one of the largest teams in Ops.

In this role you will…

- Work side by side with the Manager of Content Planning & Production across a variety of data models, systems, and tools to ensure the ongoing success of the Data Program within Content Ops.

- Partner with cross-functional teams in Digital Ops Enablement and Marketing Technology to support the delivery of data needs.

- Work extensively in Airtable—serving as the go-to teammate for Airtable configuration across the Global Content Operations team.

- Collaborate with Brand Creative and Consumer Marketing partners to ensure the data model and base configuration supports business needs.

- Be a team player—this role supports a large, interconnected team that relies on data-driven results.

- Visualize data in compelling ways—translating metrics and KPIs into digestible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Deliver projects aligned with business needs in partnership with the Manager of Content Planning & Production.

Collaborate with the Sr. Globalization Data & Analytics PM to unify data, metrics, and KPIs across the organization.

- Attend weekly meetings with the Ops Process Enablement team to ensure alignment with key data sets and collaborative projects.

- Aggregate and analyze complex, disparate data sets to surface insights that drive business decisions.

- Perform data validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Analyze seasonal and annual data trends to support forecasting and strategic planning.

- Present insights and learnings to leadership across internal and partner teams.

- Understand project scope and create accurate delivery schedules.

- Serve as the team’s SME and main point of contact for Airtable configuration and troubleshooting.

Skills and Requirements

- Strong analytical skills

- Proficiency with Excel and spreadsheet tools

- General understanding of enterprise data infrastructure

- Experience with Airtable configuration and project management

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and track work independently

- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and Adobe Analytics is a plus

- Self-starter who can identify trends and deliver comprehensive data narratives - Experience in content production and/or localization

- Experience working within a matrixed organization
