    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer to work onsite 2 days a week in Bentonville, AR. You will be responsible for leading feature development on an existing application. Evergreen is looking for a strong Lead Full-Stack Developer to support enhancements of an existing application (Pharmacy-related) at one of our Retail clients. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with container-based applications running in cloud environment (Azure, GCP), as well as a proven track record of effectively mentoring and leading technical teams while working closely with non-technical product and delivery managers. This role also requires a background in databases and data migration as well as in integrating backend services with internal systems. This role requires 50% hands-on development & code review contributions in addition to handling technical leadership responsibilities.

     

    The ideal candidate also brings a talent for creativity and providing outside-the-box solutions to challenging problems. This role is collaborative and will involve working closely with Architectural Team and product owner to design and implement features that meet the client’s business and user requirements.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    8+ years of experience in using JS, ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, XML, Java, MS SQL Server, Azure, GCP

    2+ years of experience in tech leading the team of 5+ members

    Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of two years designing/developing, programming, and supporting software programs/applications,

    Solid understanding of the web-application development, microservices development, Azure and GCP Cloud technologies,

    Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript concepts and use within a modern JavaScript-based framework (ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, etc.),

     

    Demonstrated expertise in server-side programming (Java Spring Boot, Java, Microservices),

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

    Proactively identify potential problems and propose solutions,

    Prior experience working within an Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, etc.). Experience in Web application Integration with other systems

     

    Experience in the Large Retail industries

     

    Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmacy industries
