Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect, Data Management to define and drive enterprise data, analytics, integration, master data management (MDM), and business intelligence architectures across current, transitional, and target states. This role will lead strategic initiatives to ensure scalable, efficient, and future-ready data solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.

The successful candidate will command the room with confidence, articulate architectural recommendations, and demonstrate a proven track record of evolving from hands-on data modeling to enterprise-level architecture leadership. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a team of architects and analysts, shaping the organization’s data strategy, and influencing system and application integration decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major cloud transformation initiative (Snowflake, Azure, Kafka) and establish enterprise architecture standards for data and integration.

Compensation range is $180,000–$190,000 with full benefits, PTO, holiday PTO, and 401k match.

Skills and Requirements

20+ years in data architecture and integration, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Proven experience building enterprise data strategies for large global organizations.

Hands-on expertise in data modeling (Erwin or PowerDesigner; Erwin 360 preferred).

Strong background in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and relational design for high-transaction databases.

Deep knowledge of Snowflake, Azure PaaS/SaaS, and Kafka (Confluent or Apache) for event-driven architectures and real-time integrations.

Familiarity with data orchestration tools (DBT, Airflow, Airbyte) – strong plus.

Experience with MDM platforms.

Understanding of microservices architecture and best-fit patterns for enterprise environments.

Expertise in BI, advanced analytics, and emerging AI technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and justify architectural decisions.

Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 9 (Data Architects, Integration Lead, MDM Lead, Business Analysts). Exposure to AI/LLM models and integration into enterprise data ecosystems.

Healthcare or finance industry experience.

Certifications in data architecture or cloud technologies.
