    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to support enterprise systems across Linux, Windows and Mainframe platforms. This person will be working with networking, security and application teams to design scalable solutions. They will be supporting a hybrid cloud and on prem environment to architect and support operating systems. They will be developing standards for the environment and will be creating automation scripts and infrastructure as code for deployment and DevOps adoption.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect

     

    Experience with Linux Red Hat (RHEL) 6-9, along with other platforms including Windows or Mainframe environments

     

    System Hardening and Patching experience

     

    Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks

     

    Experience in a cloud environment (Azure Preferred)

     

    Devops experience (CI/CD pipelines and tools including Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes)

     

    Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, Perl or PowerShell

     

    Network and Security understanding Architecture Certifications including TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect)

     

    Application/Middleware exposure - WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, WebSphere)

     

    Bachelors Degree
