    Job Description

    A Life Science Company headquartered in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Owner to join their team in Tijuana, MX. They will assist with Scrum and PI planning, participate in stand-up scrum meetings, and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    BS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred OR Associate’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Life Science, Pharma, or related industry

     

    5+ years of hands-on experience in software development (Java/Python scripting languages & SQL/Relational Databases)

     

    2+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role in cloud environment (AWS preferred)

     

    Experience working in an agile environment – knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks

     

    Experience gathering requirements and acting as a technical liaison between engineering teams & business stakeholders

     

    Strong documentation, organization, and planning skills (Confluence)

     

    Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing).
