Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Secret Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced, executive-level environment for one of our federal clients. This role supports the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy and requires coordination with senior stakeholders across Echelon I, II, and III Commands, other Secretariats, and federal agencies. Their responsibilities and duty include but are not limited too:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive and divisional leadership.
• Manage complex calendars for Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel.
• Draft, review, and manage official correspondence throughout its lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Maintain and update recall rosters and organizational charts.
• Track and report training compliance and completion.
• Manage visit requests and day books.
• Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.
• Support strategic communications and program analysis aligned with program objectives.
• Handle tasker management and ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Compensation:
$38hr to $41hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience supporting Navy or DoD operations (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience within a government facing admin role
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Must have a current and active DoD-issued Secret Clearance.
