    Job Description

    Seeking a Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead and support technical projects (often with IT components) such as assessment systems and physician portals. This role is not an implementation PM and does not focus on managing clinical studies. The Project Manager will actively support analysts, manage relationships, and drive process improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    - Manage multiple projects, typically serving as the sole PM per project.

     

    - Support analysts by taking notes and providing active assistance (not just gathering requirements).

     

    - Lead projects with IT components, such as scoring systems or physician portals.

     

    - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams.

     

    - Use SDLC methodologies to guide project delivery.

     

    - Create process flows using Visio; track tasks in Excel and (ideally) Monday.com.

     

    - Contribute to change management and process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma experience a plus).

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 3–5 years of project management experience, including work on technical projects.

     

    - Experience with SDLC and delivering specific project outcomes.

     

    - Strong relationship management and communication skills.

     

    - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

     

    - Experience with Visio for process mapping; Excel required, Monday.com preferred.

     

    - PMP certification is a plus.

     

    - Experience in change management or process improvement is a plus.

     

    - Specific examples of successful project delivery required. - Experience with assessment systems or physician portals.

     

    - Six Sigma or similar process improvement background.
