    We’re looking for a Senior Sales Support Specialist who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and is ready to take ownership of the sales support process from quote to close.

     

    About the Role

     

    This is a hands-on, independent role where you’ll collaborate with Account Managers and engineers to scope, quote, and deliver IT solutions. You’ll be the operational backbone of the sales cycle—preparing quotes, managing vendor registrations, processing POs, and ensuring clients are always in the loop.

    You’ll also play a key role in:

    Supporting IT consulting engagements—reviewing client environments, scoping upgrades, and quoting equipment and services.

     

    Managing renewals, end-of-life notifications, and service contracts.

     

    Navigating and optimizing CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Cisco CCW, QuoteWerks, HubSpot).

     

    Presenting pipeline updates to leadership, including Account Managers and the CEO.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    Prepare 10–20 quotes weekly and convert estimates into deals.

     

    Register deals with vendors like Cisco, HP, Dell, and Palo Alto.

     

    Maintain strong relationships with distributors.

     

    Monitor the general sales inbox and respond to client inquiries.

     

    Track shipping, update clients, and manage renewals and service expirations.

     

    Recommend and adapt to new CRM tools and workflows.

     

    Participate in daily sales scrums, weekly all-hands, and occasional team events.

     

    Salary ranges from $80k - 95k based on experience level.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience in sales support or procurement within a VAR environment.

     

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts independently.

     

    Experience supporting IT consulting or gaming industry clients is a plus.

     

    Proficiency with Cisco CCW and Microsoft Excel.

     

    Familiarity with quoting tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).

     

    Confidence presenting in meetings and prioritizing tasks with minimal oversight.
