Insight Global's client is a trusted provider of community-based mental health, residential, and private-pay elder care services in North Carolina. With divisions including Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Personal Care Services (PCS), Community Living & Supports (CLS), and Rose
Care Homes (private pay family care homes), we are dedicated to empowering individuals and
supporting families with compassionate, professional care.
Role Overview
This position is the face of the company in the community. This individual will build and sustain relationships with referral sources, case managers, hospital discharge planners, community stakeholders, and families seeking private pay services. The role requires charisma, professionalism, and tenacity to create referral pipelines and waiting lists across all service lines.
Key Responsibilities
• Host lunch & learns for case managers, hospitals, and community partners.
• Develop and maintain referral pipelines and waiting lists for PSR, PCS, CLS, and private pay homes.
• Attend community networking events, health fairs, and professional gatherings.
• Track referrals from initial contact through intake and admission.
• Provide weekly reports on referral activity, prospects, and closed admissions

Skills and Requirements
- 2-5 years of sales experience but somewhat flexible
- Experienced and comfortable with prospecting leads and heavy old calling
- Outgoing and high energy with good communication skills
- Presentable and professional
- Must be local to Raleigh and willing to travel around the triangle up to 50% of the time - Any experience with healthcare and/or an understanding of the industry
- BS degree or equivalent experience
