    Job Description

    A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to support our client, at a Joint Commission-accredited medical facility in the Central West End area of St. Louis, MO, which also includes pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This technician will maintain and troubleshoot air-cooled chillers, water-source cooling systems, air handlers, steam and glycol boilers, infrared scanners, generators, ATS switches, emergency power systems, and fire alarms. Experience in critical environments such as hospitals or healthcare facilities is a plus, along with strong HVAC and MEP knowledge.

     

    The role spans three buildings and includes participation in an after-hours on-call rotation. Responsibilities include monthly generator testing, emergency lighting checks, logging timing data, completing work orders, and executing preventative maintenance with urgency and precision. A quick response time and strong documentation skills are essential to success in this fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ Years of experience doing maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, chillers, air handling units, boilers, generators, glycol systems, and other MEP building systems

     

    Osha 10 Certification

     

    EPA Universal 608 certification Electrical certification

     

    Experience working in a critical environment, hospital, or health medical background

     

    Experience doing maintenance on infrared scanner, ATS switches, fire alarm systems, or emergency power systems
