    Job Description

    Under the general supervision of the Environment Health & Safety Manager, the EHS Technician will support the EHS programs by implementing the Radiofrequency Identification (RFID) Chemical Inventory Reconciliation Program across campus research laboratories. This position involves conducting chemical container inventory, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and maintaining data accuracy within the database. This is a fully on-site role paying $24/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.

    • Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic environment. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (chemistry, biology, engineering).

     

    Previous experience in research, chemistry, and/or inventory management.
