    Job Description

    Respond quickly and clearly to Jira-related support requests via Slack, email, or ticketing tools.

    Handle routine admin tasks such as:

    Adding/removing users and managing group access.

     

    Creating and modifying filters, dashboards, and boards.

     

    Making minor workflow updates (statuses, transitions, field screens).

     

    Helping users set up or configure projects based on templates.

     

    Troubleshoot issues related to permissions, notifications, or missing fields.

     

    Escalate complex or non-standard requests to the senior admin team.

     

    Document common questions, how-tos, and admin procedures in Confluence.

     

    Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1–2 years of experience working with Jira Software Cloud.

     

    Familiarity with Jira workflows, issue types, project settings, and user access management.

     

    Strong customer service skills.

     

    Ability to multitask and prioritize inbound requests efficiently.

     

    Clear and concise written communication.

     

    Basic understanding of Agile tools like boards, backlogs, and sprints.
