Job Description
Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of transportation digital capabilities across J&J’s global supply chain, with a strong focus on integrated TMS and ERP processes. Run the execution of day-to-day operational activities and act as a product and process owner, proactively identifying and resolving issues, optimizing existing solutions, and driving innovation in transportation and data management.
This role will support the implementation and enhancement of digital booking solutions, milestone tracking, and shipment visibility platforms, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, TMS systems and 3PL/4PL partners. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to ingest and manage near realtime shipment data, enabling self-service analytics and actionable insights.
Serve as a Transportation SME across segments and regions, supporting the rollout and sustainability of digital transportation tools. Champion operational and data efficiency initiatives, contributing to the governance of global transportation master data and business processes. Maintain and evolve the technology roadmap to align with strategic business goals and ensure end-to-end visibility and optimization of logistics movements.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects in the life sciences or related industries, with a strong focus on transportation, supply chain, and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage design workshops and translate business requirements into integrated technology solutions, including end-to-end design and deployment of TMS/ERP systems.
• Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders in a global, multi-functional environment; prior collaboration with shared services organizations is essential.
• Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain processes, with the ability to analyze, design, and optimize business workflows and data flows.
• Deep working knowledge of SAP/ERP, TMS, WMS, and related systems, with hands-on experience enabling efficient, compliant, and visible freight movement.
• Experience implementing and managing transportation and supply chain systems/tools, including integration with external/third-party platforms and data quality initiatives.
