             ### Job Duties The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, activating, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of agency experience, a passion for performance marketing, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Core Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Activation -Develop paid social strategies that align with client goals and integrated media plans. -Set up and activate campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices. -Set up optimization strategies to maximize performance through creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy refinement. -Manage campaign budgets to adhere to weekly or monthly pacing goals, forecast spend outcomes, deliver accurately against planned spend. -Manage influencer programs, overseeing deliverables and budgets. -Monitor and manage campaign-related comments and messages, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses. Data Analysis & Reporting -Analyze paid social performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. -Create and maintain dashboards in Google Looker Studio, ensuring data is presented clearly and actionably. -Provide clients with regular reporting and recommendations backed by data. Collaboration & Communication -Partner with media planning, creative, and account teams to ensure paid social campaigns complement broader strategies. -Engage with platform reps to take advantage of new tools, features, and betas.
