Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated part-time Housekeeper to maintain a large home in excellent condition. The home is shared by two adults and a small dog. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in elevating the living experience of residents through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. The client is open to part-time or full-time candidates.

Responsibilities:

+ Regular cleaning of all interior areas of the home, including dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining bathrooms.

+ Daily bed-making, towel arranging, and putting away personal items left by residents.

+ Organizing personal items, drawers, closets, and storage spaces.

+ Laundry duties, including clothing, sheets, and towels, ironing as necessary, and putting away clean items; arranging for dry cleaning services twice a week.

+ Re-stocking toilet supplies, replenishing bath care products, and other personal care supplies.

+ Assisting with tidying and cleaning outdoor entertaining areas (patio, playground).

+ Collecting and removing trash from all areas of the home.

+ Washing dishes and deep cleaning kitchen and bar areas.

+ Reporting maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager (e.g., light bulbs needing replacement, HVAC inconsistencies).

+ Performing periodic deep cleans of storage areas and polishing of silver.

+ Providing pet care as needed.

Qualifications

+ Ability to work independently and take initiative.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills.

+ Excellent time management, a hardworking attitude, and a self-starter mentality.

+ Ability to navigate stairs and lift 20+ pounds.

+ 5+ years of similar experience.

+ Excellent verifiable references.

Schedule: 3 days per week. The client is open to part-time or full-time candidates.
