    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + A valid New York State teaching certificate in English 7-12

    + Demonstrate successful classroom experience at the high school level.

    + Demonstrated ability to work with supervisors

    + Ability to motivate and instruct students in developing problem solving skills

    + Demonstrated evidence of a proven ability to effectively organize

    PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS:

    + Demonstrated evidence of a willingness to contribute within and outside the department if called upon (i.e. advisor, chaperone, club, etc.)

     

    REPORTS TO: Building Principal

     

    SALARY: $47,200 - $53,700 Per WTA Contract
