In this role, you will support the **Contractual Manager** by helping to oversee daily operations, monitor performance, address safety concerns, and assist in resolving workplace issues.

Key Responsibilities

+ Ensure all home-to-school routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

+ Communicate with drivers to address operational or performance concerns

+ Investigate and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner

+ Monitor and help achieve on-time performance goals

+ Conduct Injury Prevention (IP) contacts to identify and correct safety issues

+ Assist in reviewing and resolving union grievances

+ Oversee dispatch operations to ensure adequate coverage of routes and assignments

+ Review and correct athletic trip invoices in accordance with company guidelines

Required Experience and Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 3–5 years of experience in transportation

+ 2–3 years of supervisory experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

+ Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and mechanical processes

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends

+ Reliable personal vehicle for travel within the service area
