    The role you'll contribute:

    Under general direction, the Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the General Nuclear Medicine (NM), Nuclear Cardiac Medicine (NC), and PET/CT departments on the specified campus and is responsible for the supervision of all technologists working in this environment to ensure quality care is being provided throughout each department. The imaging services will be delivered to both inpatients and outpatient, pediatric and adult. Their focus will be on the production of high quality images throughout the facility while focusing on the patient and their family's needs throughout their stay in the department. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

    + Provides day-to-day supervision of technologists, support staff, and imaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

    + Coordinates daily workflow and staffing assignments, balancing patient volumes, technologist availability, and room utilization.

    + Serves as a clinical resource to technologists, students, and other staff, offering guidance on protocols, positioning, image quality, and regulatory compliance.

    + Monitors and supports compliance with departmental policies, radiation safety guidelines, ALARA principles, and regulatory/accreditation standards.

    Qualifications

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:

    + High School Grad or Equiv Required

    + Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-N)

    + Nuclear Medicine Technology Cert Board (NMTCB) Required

    + Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
