The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic **Advanced Practice Provider** to join our **Fracture Care Clinic** , supporting our orthopedic surgery team. This is a specialized role perfect for an APP with experience in fracture care—whether you've assisted in the OR or managed injuries non-surgically in clinic.

As part of a collaborative team, you'll be:

+ Managing acute fracture cases and musculoskeletal injuries

+ Conducting evaluations, ordering imaging, and developing treatment plans

+ Coordinating care with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and referring providers

+ Educating patients and families on injury management and recovery expectations

What You Bring

+ Active PA-C or APRN license in Florida (or eligibility)

+ Robust MSK experience—orthopedic, fracture care, or sports medicine

+ Comfort with clinical autonomy and confident decision-making

+ Excellent communication and a teamwork-first mindset

+ Surgical assist experience is a plus, but not required
