ATI is seeking to hire an Operations Support Intern for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. This position will be based in Charlotte, NCand will run from May to August 2025. Relocation and housing assistance is available for the summer.

What Youll Do

+ Perform process engineering duties reduce non-value operations, define bottlenecks on equipment and foster process improvements

+ Pareto sample failures to update sample plans to minimize sample cutting

+ Evaluate rolling .750 < to larger roll envelop to eliminate rough grinding to size allowing material to be peel.
