**Location** : AHMG High Risk Pregnancy at Orlando, Lake Mary, Lake Nona and Princeton (Hybrid)

The role you'll contribute:

The Financial Supervisor is responsible for the overall success of patient collections, financial counseling, and insurance benefit coordination and authorization functions for a specific medical practice(s). Leads process improvement activities related to collections and maximization of revenue and implements process improvement. Reports to Business Manager or Office/Practice Manager.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

+ High school graduate or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.

+ Knowledge of insurance billing and collections required.

+ Knowledge of governmental and compliance regulations required.

+ Knowledge of policies and procedures for insurance reimbursement and patient collections.

+ Skill in exercising high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making to achieve organization objectives.

Preferred experience:

+ Previous AdventHealth Medical Group leadership experience.
