Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PT Part Time Aide to join our healthcare team in Columbia, United States. As a PT Part Time Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and assisting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

+ Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment

+ Help patients with exercises, mobility, and therapeutic activities

+ Prepare treatment areas and set up equipment for therapy sessions

+ Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment

+ Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of therapy equipment

+ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)

+ Basic knowledge of physical therapy practices and procedures

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Physical stamina and ability to assist patients with mobility

+ Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

+ Prior experience in healthcare or physical therapy settings preferred

+ Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

+ Willingness to learn and grow in the field of physical therapy
