OBJECTIVE
The Paid Media Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising efforts across platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for all expressions of the Passion Movement. This individual brings expertise in paid social, search, and display advertising and partners closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute high-impact campaigns for Passion Conferences, Passion City Church, sixstepsrecords, Passion Publishing, Passion Resources, and Passion Equip.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Paid Advertising Campaigns
+ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (including YouTube), and display networks.
+ Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align campaign objectives with organizational goals (ticket sales, registrations, engagement, etc.).
+ Develop targeting strategies, set up A/B tests, and continuously optimize creative, copy, bidding, and audiences for performance.
+ Plan, execute, and report on targeted SMS campaigns across Passion Movement
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
+ Monitor campaign performance and manage budgets to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Recommend relevant KPIs holistically across channels and on a campaign-by-campaign basis.
+ Provide regular reports on key metrics such as CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
+ Partner with the Web + Analytics Specialist and Marketing Operations Lead to ensure accurate tracking and attribution across platforms.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Work with the Creative team to request or refine ad creative for various campaigns.
+ Sync with the Email Marketing Lead and Web + Analytics Lead to ensure aligned messaging and optimal user experience across all channels.
+ Serve as a digital marketing resource and subject matter expert to Marketing Managers requesting campaign support for their respective areas.
+ Research best practices and latest trends in advertising to share across marketing teams

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
+ 2–4+ years of successful experience running paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
+ Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
+ Experience with effective audience targeting, ad creative testing, and performance optimization.
+ Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM/automation tools is a plus.
+ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
+ Effective written and verbal communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
+ Able to manage multiple campaigns at once and adapt quickly to changing needs.
