    **Account Executives (AE)** thrive under pressure, are personable, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Their primary responsibilities are providing front-line expertise in assessing client needs, designing insurance plans, and recommending coverages, alongside day-to-day client service. AE’s are client-facing professionals with a strong understanding of business line products and are skilled at partnering with clients to assess risks and deliver comprehensive coverage solutions.

    **Account Managers (AM)** are responsible for client account servicing, on-boarding, and retention. AM’s manage daily service needs, maintain accurate client files, and collaborate with AE’s and sales staff. They have a continuous learning mindset, developing insurance product knowledge while providing exceptional customer service.

    What an AE Will Do

    + Pre-qualify prospects by conducting risk assessments

    + Use our risk assessment process to recommend new/different coverages to clients

    + Analyze and compare insurance plans to determine suitability

    + Manage TRICOR house accounts as assigned

    + Focus on client service and retention

    + Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters

    + Document client files accurately and timely

    + Review and evaluate new and existing accounts

    + Complete and submit applications

    + Provide mentorship or training to new employees

    + Promote TRICOR, LLC in the community

    What an AM Will Do

    + Focus on client service and retention

    + Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers

    + Document client files accurately and timely

    + Review and evaluate accounts

    + Complete and submit applications

    + Update or add new coverage based on client needs

    + Pursue continuing education to expand insurance knowledge
