Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Fitters / Welders** for projects located in and around **Olean, NY** . This is a **second shift** opportunity with a pay range of **up to $35/hour** based on experience plus **$125/Per Diem** to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

+ Fit and weld steel components according to blueprints and shop drawings

+ Perform FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) using 1/8" wire and SMAW (Stick Welding) using 7018 rod

+ Complete test position 14F in compliance with AWS D1.5 standards

+ Tack and fit materials accurately and safely

+ Maintain tools, equipment, and work area

Requirements:

+ Must be able to certify to **AWS D1.5**

+ Prior bridge welding experience strongly preferred

+ Must be capable of fitting and tacking from blueprints

+ Reliable transportation required

+ Standard PPE required (welding hood, gloves, safety gear)
