    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **HVAC Installers** for projects located in and around the **Springfield, OR area** . This is a full time opportunity, with a pay rate **up to $35/hour** based on experience & skill level. If you are an HVAC Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

    Job Scope:

    + Install main trunk lines starting from Air Handling Units (AHUs) located in mechanical rooms

    + Hang ductwork using approved trapeze hangers, threaded rods, or straps, ensuring spacing and sizing comply with SMACNA and seismic codes

    + Install branch lines feeding:

    + VAV boxes

    + Diffusers

    + Return grilles

    + Coordinate with ceiling grid layout to ensure alignment of registers and diffusers

    + Maintain all required clearances from:

    + Fire sprinkler piping

    + Lighting fixtures

    + Electrical conduits

    + Install ductwork insulation, including vapor barriers where specified

    + Ensure all fire/smoke dampers are properly installed at wall and floor penetrations, coordinating with fire-rated assemblies

    + Other tasks as assigned
