    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **JControls Installation Technicians** for projects located in the **Durham, NC area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$26-30/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Measure, draw, and lay out ductwork and equipment for fabrication and installation

    + Safely and efficiently install sheet metal systems on active construction sites

    + Utilize iPad/iPhone for project documentation and communication

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

    + Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and team members to complete projectson schedule

    Requirements

    + Minimum of 2–3 years sheet metal installation or fabrication experience preferred

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    + Strong problem-solving and technical skills

    + Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing schedules

    + Clear and valid driver’s license

    + OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required

    + Must provide own basic hand tools

    + Clear background check

    + Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others

    + Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards

    + Proficiency with iPad and iPhone for jobsite use
