    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **BAS Installers** for projects located in **Lakewood, CO** . This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is based on experience and skill level** .     Job Scope:

    + Install and wire building automation system components

    + Working with sensors, controllers and actuators

    + Guide and direct subcontractors and ensure guidelines are being followed

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings

    + Perform systems startup, testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation

    + Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues and system malfunctions

    + Maintain accurate records of installations

    + Follow all safety standards and protocols during installation

    + Stay current with industry trends codes and energy management best practices

    + Maintain personal and company tools in good working condition

    Requirements

    + Must be familiar with current bas installation codes procedures and practices

    + Ability to learn the JCI controllers and installation standards

    + Must possess and maintain a strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC controls and building automation protocols e.g. BACnet Modbus ethernet

    + Ability to utilize all available resources for problem solving as needed

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and clean driving record
