DESCRIPTION:

Under minimal supervision, coordinates programs and initiatives focused on optimization of Epic, and improving Helios project management processes, structures and tools. This role will be critical to the design, development, and implementation of new processes and structures that will lead the Helios team through the transition from Epic implementation across the system to a new operational mode. This role will help develop new environment, manage the changes in the Helios team and the expectations of the user community required by these transitions, and assist Helios project teams work more efficiently and effectively in a new optimization environment. These efforts will link with strategically with system priorities regarding strength and sustainability. The successful candidate will be adept at multi-tasking; possess the ability to manage both internal and external customers at all levels, including senior leadership and successfully manage expectations in a dynamic environment ; have experience with project management, process improvement, facilitation of change and will possess strong computer skills, strong organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

+ Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree preferred.

+ Three years of project related experience is required.

+ Experience in a health care setting is preferred.
